1. Digital Services
All services provided through MyVelvetConnection.com are digital services delivered electronically. By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge that access to premium features may begin immediately after payment.
2. Trial Memberships
New members may be offered an introductory trial period of either three (3) days or seven (7) days for a fee of €2.35.
Unless cancelled before the expiration of the selected trial period, the trial membership will automatically convert into the subscription plan chosen by the user and recurring charges will apply.
Members are responsible for cancelling their trial before its expiration if they do not wish to continue with a paid membership.
3. Subscription Charges
Subscription plans renew automatically every twenty-eight (28) days unless cancelled prior to the next billing date.
Cancellation prevents future charges but does not automatically entitle the user to a refund for payments that have already been processed.
4. Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be granted where:
- Duplicate payments were processed in error;
- Unauthorized transactions are verified by the Company;
- The user experienced technical issues that prevented access to paid features;
- The Company determines, in its sole discretion, that a refund is appropriate.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Except where required by applicable law, the following are generally non-refundable:
- Membership fees for periods already commenced;
- Automatically renewed subscriptions that were not cancelled before the renewal date;
- Virtual gifts and other digital items purchased through the Website;
- Partially used subscription periods;
- Promotional or discounted offers.
6. Virtual Gifts
Virtual gifts are provided solely for entertainment purposes and have no monetary value.
Once purchased or sent, virtual gifts are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of compensation.

8. Processing Time
